If you have any questions, email me	When most people hear the word yoga they get a mental image of one, or more, physical postures, called asanas. However, yoga is much more than physical exercise. By moving gently in and out of each asana we become grounded in the present moment and yoga becomes meditation in motion. You do not need to be “flexible” to practice yoga. Increased flexibility is just a pleasant result of a regular practice, along with enhanced physical and mental well-being. Yoga is a way of nurturing our connection to one another and to the Divine spirit within each of us. Yoga classes are held at Church of the Apostles on Saturday's from 8:45 to 10:00 am.
