Subdeacons

This ministry involves distributing the wine during Communion. Some may remember
this being called the Chalice Bearer in the Episcopal Church in past years. The rector
licenses all Subdeacons after a brief training session.

Eucharistic Visitors

The church believes strongly that all who wish to receive Holy Communion should not
be prevented from doing so because they cannot get to church. Eucharistic Visitors are
trained to take communion to the homebound and hospitalized in our
community who request it.
